Rose is a results-focused leader who delivers talent acquisition, retention and motivation solutions that help companies harness the full power of one of their most valuable assets - their people. she is dedicated to creating robust corporate cultures that promote continuous business growth and cultivate customer loyalty by empowering and motivating employees to realize their full potential and bring their best to the job. As an HR professional, Rose is driven by innovativeness and she is one of the founders of Muzidalipha Royal Holdings and logistics limited, a Ugandan-based company, specializing in the export of fresh fruits and vegetables and the products are sold both nationally & internationally where she held the role of a Human resource manager from 2019-2020. She is currently the HR business partner for CV People Global a leading HR consulting firm providing comprehensive human resources solutions to organizations of all sizes and industries in Uganda, where she is adept at designing HR policies, procedures, and programs, managing recruitment risks and analyzing recruitment metrics.Shortly before starting her major roles in Human resources, Rose spent four years in customer service-centric roles, learning the importance of communication, collaboration, and teamwork for different companies. She then started her Human resource roles with leadership and consultancy experience across sectors such as export sectors, medical services, consultancy firms, and oil and gas.
Rose holds a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda, a certificate in women's Leadership program from Yale University, and a certificate in Advanced counseling from Makerere University, college of health sciences. Rose is passionate about family values, she is a wife and a mother.
